A shocking fact has come to the fore in a research of Banaras Hindu University (BHU). According to scientists, half of the world’s population lived in India 25 thousand years ago. Recently, on the 27th day of Kashi Tamil Sangamam’s educational program, BHU’s geneticist Dnyaneshwar Choubey gave information about this research.
Scientists examined 25 thousand DNA samples. In this, the DNA of Indian people was compared with one thousand DNA samples from Europe, West Asia, East Asia, Siberia and Africa.
The information about our ancestors is available in the form of mutations in DNA. Scientists decoded this information and on the basis of this they have derived this result.
