Should drink 8 glasses of water daily. It is common to get such advice from many people, but does our body really need that much water every day? Recently, a research conducted in 23 countries has revealed that this advice is not correct from a scientific point of view.
Some people only need to drink 1.5 to 1.8 liters of water instead of 2 liters daily. More than half of the water requirement of the body is met by food items, tea and coffee etc. In such a situation, there should be no emphasis on drinking 8 glasses of water daily.
