Hey guys today i am show you my 6 meals for lean muscle and fat loss.
In this video i make 6 meals morning to before bed and show you what i am eating and how much of protein fat and carb i am taking
these meals are all natural you can prepare easily at home.
1st Meal – 5 Eggs, Whole wheat bread , Peanut Butter
2nd Meal – Rajma Beans, Brown RIce, Chicken Breast
3nd Meal – Brown Rice, Almonds, Peanuts,Chicken Breast
4rd Meal – egg whites
5th meal – Fish
6th meal – Almonds, Milk
